We welcome you to join our 2026-2027 study of James and Genesis (chapters 1-22).

CBS Lenawee will meet at Grace Point Evengelical Free Church, Adrian MI.

We are blessed to have Women's, Men's and Children's (Nursery - 6th grade) classes and we will begin on September 9, 2026.  The Women's and Men's cores are not Co-Ed.  

Please arrive at 8:45 a.m. on September 9th to receive your nametag and James manual and to meet your new core leader.

Start time is 9:00 on regular class days. 

Our class year runs September 9, 2026 through May 5, 2027 with breaks for holidays.  You may register by clicking "REGISTER NOW" at the top of the screen.  

Registration fees are $40 for adults and $10 for children.  Scholarships are available.

The book of James is one of the most practical and action focused books in the Bible.  In it believers find encouragement to live a consistant and caring life.  

Although Genesis is an ancient book, it speaks to some of the biggest questions we have today: Is there a God? If so, what is He like? Why is there evil in the world? Why are we here, and where can we find purpose and hope? In this course, which covers the first 22 chapters of Genesis, participants will see that God created a beautiful world and gave people a noble calling in His creation. It explains how our world was fractured by human rebellion and presents the beginnings of God’s plan to put everything back together.
